REPORTING TO: Pack House Manager
KEY AREAS OF THE ROLE
* To manage and operate machinery in line with set guidelines and instructions.
* To load the bagged product for dispatch.
* To liaise with other members of staff at various stages of production.
* To maintain health & safety standards at all times.
* Cleaning duties.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Flexibility to work different overtime and bank holidays.
* Manual work experience as this role involves manual labour and machine operation.
* Own transport is required as there is no regular public transport available in the area.
* Excellent team work skills.
* Good understanding of the English language.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
