Program Manager for GSF Team
SME for the Global Service Framework (GSF) team is responsible for implementing technology rollouts that meet business needs. They collaborate with technical product managers, operations, supply chain, and business teams to ensure successful technology program delivery. All products, tools, and platforms used for operations and planning across spokes, hubs, and last mile fall within their purview.
The SME traces ownership throughout the stages of 1. Ideation (Opportunity Planning), 2. Design, 3. Development, 4. Testing, 5. Deployment, 6. Adoption, and 7. Post-deployment support for technology/product rollouts 8. Return on Investment (RoI) attainment.
* Define yearly intake based on GSF requirements across all miles, considering Opportunity Planning exit performance and 3-Year Plan forecast.
* Work with tech teams to design new products and enhance technology for operations as customers.
* Create a roadmap of product development and milestones for pilot and phased rollouts.
* Configure specific tools and set up UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
* Manage change effectively.
* Ensure operational readiness and onboard ACES (Application Control and Enhancement System).
* Establish and achieve success metrics.
* Collaborate on technical contingencies with global/local teams and handle exceptional cases, including RCA (Root Cause Analysis)/CoE (Center of Excellence).
* Document and archive processes.
