Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of program/project management experience.
* Experience with software release management practices, tools, and automation.
* Experience of building cross-platform Software development tools and frameworks.
* Experience of rolling out new, innovative, enterprise technology and solutions.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and programs.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in stakeholder management.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to agreement with ambiguity.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence people.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
* Develop and articulate tactical plans and strategy for projects.
* Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, and set the pace for project delivery.
* Become a trusted advisor to decision makers, providing insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction. This will enable partnerships allowing Google innovation.
* Develop, build, and evolve metrics with reliable supporting datasets to proactively provide visibility into engineering solutions.
* Provide quantitative analysis focus, requiring interpretation of technical information from structured and unstructured sources.
