About Your New Role as an Account Manager
* As an Account Manager, you will proactively identify and engage at-risk Key Accounts to cultivate a more sustainable relationship with them.
* Serve as their main point of contact to ensure you can resolve customers' concerns as fast as possible.
* Conduct regular feedback sessions and renewal conversations so you can generate new business with existing accounts.
* Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a consistent experience for all accounts.
* Provide regular insights into churn drivers, identifying the reasons so you can recommend process and product improvements.
* Track and document retention activities in CRM systems for visibility and follow-up.
What Skills You Need in This Account Management Role
* You must have 3+ years in client-facing roles.
* Familiarity with CRM and CX tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight).
