Youll be the driving force behind the hotels success. As General Manager, youll oversee all day-to-day operations, ensure commercial targets are met, and build a culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work What youll lead Full operational responsibility across rooms, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and support services Recruitment, development, and retention of a motivated, service-focused team Delivery of commercial results across accommodation, F&B, cost control and guest satisfaction Implementation of standards, procedures, and systems that support smooth, efficient operations Close collaboration with owners on strategic planning and financial performance A guest experience thats consistent, warm, and rooted in strong service values What youll bring Proven General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience at four-star or higher level Strong commercial understanding with a track record of meeting revenue and cost targets Experience in pre-opening or major operational transitions is an advantage Ability to set expectations clearly, hold people accountable, and build a team around you A steady, calm leadership style suited to a busy city hotel We can only consider candidates with full, unrestricted permission to live and work in the EU.
