The role combines day-to-day system security, administration, governance and support. You will collaborate with Systems Engineers and IT Managers.This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical administration skills, ERP knowledge, and the ability to deliver IT services.Key duties & responsibilities:Infrastructure & Systems Administration, server hardware, Microsoft configuration, networking, end-user equipment, troubleshooting, manage helpdesk ticketsSystem auditsMaintain cybersecurity practices, security, compliance & riskWork with the Information Systems team to maximise the use of ERP systemsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards (Crystal, Excel, Power BI, or ERP-native tools)Collaborate with business leaders to align IT initiatives with strategic objectivesManage, train & mentor IT teamsMUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT & FULL IRISH DRIVING LICENSEWhat are we looking for?3rd level qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or related5+ years' experience in system administration or IT ManagementWindows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, Microsoft 365, Entra IDBusiness processes and ERP Applications experienceIT Governance & automation toolsMicrosoft and VMware certifications / ITIL V4 Certified preferableMUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT & FULL IRISH DRIVING LICENSEBy applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
