Requirements:
* A recognized Level 8 Social Care qualification (or equivalent with management qualification)
* Five years' direct experience in residential childcare or managing services for vulnerable children
* Excellent communication and report writing skills
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
