A leading Irish law firm is seeking an experienced Asset Management and Investment Funds lawyer to join its Knowledge and Practice Development function.
This is a non fee earning role within a top tier AMIF practice, suited to a lawyer who enjoys technical work, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership, and who is seeking a role with strong work life balance while remaining close to high quality legal work.
The Role
The Practice Development Lawyer supports the AMIF team by tracking legal and regulatory developments, providing technical input, developing know how, and contributing to training and client communications.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring legal and regulatory developments affecting asset management and investment funds
Supporting lawyers on technical and practical queries
Drafting and maintaining practice notes, precedents, and know how materials
Preparing client updates and legal briefings
Contributing to internal and external training initiatives
Supporting wider knowledge and practice development projects
Candidate Profile
Qualified lawyer with experience in asset management and investment funds, gained in private practice or in house
Strong technical and drafting skills
Interest in knowledge, training, and continuous improvement
Collaborative and clear communicator
