Aircraft Leasing Senior Business Partner
My client is a leading aircraft leasing company seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a newly created role to support ongoing growth.
This is a hands-on opportunity to lead HR operations and provide practical, end-to-end support across the business.
It will suit a dependable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment with minimal structure.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, advising on PIPs, underperformance and ER issues.
Guide managers through onboarding, benefits, probation, and off-boarding.
Coordinate the annual performance review cycle and related documentation.
Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and ER support.
Own HR records, reporting, and file maintenance, ensuring documentation standards.
Liaise with external HR providers and manage ad-hoc HR projects when needed.
Requirements
5–7 years' experience in HR operations and employee relations.
Strong practical knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
Experience at a senior business partnering level.
Proven ability to advise managers and manage end-to-end HR processes.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to handle complex or challenging HR matters.
