We provide service & support, meeting tight SLA's for Hospitality, Bookmaking, Security Industry, and retail outlets.
Main Responsibilities
The role is for an Technician with a good level of technical ability.
A large portion of the role will involve Installation/Troubleshooting of hardware and software on site .
Installing & Support of AV systems, control systems, analogue and digital systems.
Traveling to numerous sites throughout the day to meet customer SLA requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT/AV Industry.
* Full, valid driver's license.
* Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
* Preferably based in The Leinster Region.
