Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Operations Assistant in Dublin 17. up to €32,000 Fully office based Main duties: Plan and track the shipment of full and part loads. Responding to a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails. Liaising with sub-contractors/hauliers & producing accompanying paperwork for deliveries. Booking in deliveries with customers as required Management of returned paperwork Maintenance of all transport logs, manifest logs, sequence controls, and dispatched orders. Any other duties deemed necessary by Management Main requirements: IT Applications MS Office. ERP experience beneficial but not essential. Previous transport experience beneficial but not essential. Administrative skills, ability to plan and organise tasks and liaise effectively with team members.
