Job Description RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.
We are currently looking for a Staff Nurse to lead our team and ensure we are offering the best standard of care to our Residents.
Responsibilities Contribute to the effective running of the nursing home, ensuring an environment that promotes residents' best interests and wellbeing.
Monitor residents' health, report changes promptly, and arrange GP or other professional reviews as required.
Assess residents' clinical and social care needs, providing direct nursing care and clinical supervision when necessary.
Complete, implement, and regularly review individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team, in line with NMBI guidelines.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation and records for all residents.
Administer prescribed medications safely and document in accordance with policy and professional standards.
Lead and support staff on shift, ensuring clear communication and effective handovers.
Promote a safe working environment, adhering to Health Safety, infection control, emergency, and fire procedures.
Act with the highest level of integrity, maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding residents' personal and financial affairs.
Comply with all NMBI standards, HIQA requirements, and company policies, undertaking other reasonable duties as required.
