Overview:
This role offers an opportunity to provide front-line service and process ticket sales and refunds for a busy university-concert-hall. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends. They will also be responsible for supervising a team and supporting new members with training and knowledge sharing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting customers with general enquiries about facilities, events and activities
* Supporting the Box Office Manager with day-to-day functions including group/sports and social bookings, reporting and issuing of Agency Tickets as requested
* Overseeing the status of reservations and converting them to confirmed bookings
You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive working environment.
