Gong is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to scale our paid social programs across LinkedIn and Meta. As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll report to the Director of Digital Growth and collaborate with the paid social lead to drive full-funnel performance—generating pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and uncovering new growth opportunities across priority business segments.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a deep understanding of paid social execution, ABM targeting, and performance optimization.
This role is based from our Dublin office and requires being on-site 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, focused on pipeline generation and conversion velocity.
* Analyze performance across the funnel—tracking ROAS, pipeline contribution, and sales-stage conversion trends to inform spend and strategy.
* Use tools like Demandbase, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to target high-priority accounts with precision.
* Launch and iterate on full-funnel campaigns aligned to segment goals (brand, demand, expansion).
* Collaborate with ABM, Content, Creative, and Sales to ensure message-market fit for custom audiences.
* Identify and operationalize test-and-learn opportunities; contribute insights to campaign recaps and readouts.
* Stay current on platform innovations and emerging trends to fuel scalable, high-performing programs.
Qualifications
* 6–10 years of B2B digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid social execution and optimization.
* Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and audience tools like Demandbase and 6sense.
* Proven ability to drive measurable results across awareness, demand, and in-funnel acceleration.
* Strong analytical skills with experience tying campaign performance to business outcomes.
* Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with content, creative, and sales teams.
* Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
