We are seeking a passionate and reliable ABA Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with children and families to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to childrenImplement individualized treatment plans as designed by the supervising BCBACollect and record data on client progressCommunicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team membersParticipate in team meetings, training, and ongoing supervisionQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required)Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to complete required ABA training and certificationReliable transportation to SwordsRussian languageJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: From €25,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 10 – 30 per weekLanguage:Russian (required)Work Location: In person
