Position
As part of our ongoing fleet and organisational expansion, we now have an opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. The role presents an opportunity to develop a successful and rewarding career and gain significant exposure at all levels across the full breadth of the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Management, review and challenge of accurate and timely reporting of monthly management accounts
Managing/input into stakeholder relationships including our Japanese parent company, auditors, advisors and joint venture partners
Input into deal team meetings and transaction approval papers
Forward looking reporting and analysis, including on technical accounting issues
Management, review and challenge of the preparation of annual financial statements
Ensuring effectiveness, accuracy, implementation and adherence to SOx controls
Any other duties and projects as assigned by your manager
Requirements
You will be recently ACA/ACCA Qualified with Strong Academics
Candidates with 1 to 2 years PQE will be considered as Senior Finance Manager
Proficiency with Sun Accounts is desired, but not a pre-requisite
Be adept at working with non-Finance business leaders
Have excellent team working abilities with strong analytical, finance and accounting skills
Be an enthusiastic and strong communicator, highly organised and a self-starter
Aviation experience is desirable, but not essential
