Job Description:
This is a customer-facing role within our marine retail operation based in County Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product enquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales invoices, managing orders, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
