We are working exclusively with a boutique Investment Bank in Dublin who are looking to hire a Financial Controller. Working alongside the CFO, the Financial Controller will have responsibility for;
1. Overseeing all budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting across all group companies.
2. Producing timely and accurate financial projections and results for C-suite and Board of Directors.
3. Preparing and review all public and regulatory filings.
4. Monitoring capital requirements to ensure compliance with CBI requirements.
5. Preparation, review and finalisation of monthly consolidated accounts and reports to meet month end reporting deadlines.
Requirements
6. ACA/ACCA qualified with c. 5-10 years Post Qualified Eexperience(PQE).
7. Ideally Big 4 trained with excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
8. Hands-on professional with strong consolidation experience.
9. CBI/ MIFID reporting experience advantageous but not essential.
10. Ambitious to grow within the firm and take on additional responsibilities/ ad-hoc projects.
