Job Title: Financial Accountant
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic finance team as a Financial Accountant. The role involves managing the General Ledger, overseeing Accounts Payable and Payroll functions, and supervising two direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting of monthly management accounts
* Manage cash flow and treasury needs
* Oversee and maintain the General Ledger
* Prepare and submit annual statutory accounts and meet all legal entity reporting obligations
* Supervise two direct reports
* Oversee Accounts Payable and Payroll functions
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in a financial accounting or similar role
* Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to manage deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
