Your Role:
As Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our restaurant's success. You'll lead a dedicated team, maintain top-tier quality and service standards, and play a key role in growing the business. Responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing your team
* Driving sales and consistently achieving KPIs
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, quality, and compliance (HACCP)
* Managing shift rosters and daily operations
* Addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
Who We're Looking For:
You're a natural leader who brings energy, integrity, and a passion for hospitality to everything you do. You're not just experienced - you're driven to succeed and inspire those around you.
You'll ideally have:
* 2-3 years' experience in a management or assistant management role
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
* Strong knowledge of food prep, food safety, and HACCP
* A focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
