From mission-critical data centers to major infrastructure, energy, and pharmaceutical projects, our specialist team combines proactive schedule management with digital innovation (VDC, 3D/4D/5D visualisations, digital twins, and real-time analytics) to help clients deliver with confidence.We're growing fast, and now seeking an experienced Planning (Scheduler) Manager to lead international projects and drive digital transformation across the built environment.As Planning Manager, you will:Lead and mentor a team of planners/engineers across global cross-sector projects.Develop, maintain, and coordinate robust construction schedules, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, on budget, and with effective change control.Oversee risk related to variations, claims, delays, and prolongation.Partner with our digital teams to integrate 4D modelling, visualisations, and analytics into planning.Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.Identify new opportunities with clients and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.What We're Looking For:Degree in Engineering / Construction Management.7–10 years' experience in construction scheduling (main contractor background preferred).Expertise in Primavera P6 and capable of building schedules from first principles.Proven people management and leadership skills.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.Experience in data analytics (advantageous).Results-driven, detail-focused, and comfortable working with autonomy.Willingness to travel (approx. 50% across Europe).EU work authorization is required.Why Strata?At Strata, you'll join a dynamic, international team where collaboration, innovation, and personal growth are at the heart of what we do.
