Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support teams, and resolving any customer-related issues. You will also be tasked with analyzing customer service data to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
* Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
* Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve customer service processes
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proven leadership and team management abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
* Experience in the engineering or consulting industry is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
