Overview
Our client, a well-known, well-established organisation working in The Arts, is currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their team.
As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver on the strategic goals of creating a supportive and sustainable organisation. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a creative and fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for the A-Z of HR, Employee relations, Learning, Training & Development, HR Policies and Procedures, and HRIS.
Responsibilities
* Work with Senior Management Team to deliver on strategic HR goals in a creative and fast-paced environment.
* Manage the full HR lifecycle (A-Z of HR).
* Oversee Employee relations, Learning, Training & Development, HR Policies and Procedures, and HRIS.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience working in an HR operational environment
* Strong knowledge of employment law
* Experience managing relationships with trade unions and supporting organisations with diverse employment relationships
* Experience designing and implementing organisational development initiatives, including change management, talent management, and succession planning
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume HR department
