Management Accountant Reporting to: Managing Director Salary guide: €50,000 - €55,000 DOE Responsibilities: Ensuring all company reports are issued in accordance with deadlines – weekly/monthly variance reports, productivity, key cost controls, financial data Prepare monthly management accounts and monthly consolidated reports, detailed variance analysis and commentary on actual Vs budget Process and maintain ledgers in Zoho books Providing planning and cost controlling support for all projects Preparation of budgets and forecasts Review and analysis of overhead spend and forecast of future spend Develop and build management dashboards and KPI reports in Zoho books as the business expands and develops Preparation
