Your new role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, and optimisation of the Leasing Product suite. This role involves:
- Developing and executing product strategies aligned with the company's commercial and growth objectives.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging risks.
- Leading the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating across departments to design service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Tracking and analysing product performance, ensuring products meet business objectives and customer expectations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Supporting cross-product innovation and streamlining possibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Fully qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or part-qualified (APA) with up-to-date CPD hours, or working towards it (essential).- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the financial services sector (essential).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project and change management principles.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Experience presenting to senior executives and managing messages effectively.
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
