You will collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and project managers to deliver fully integrated designs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through to completion. Other responsibilities include overseeing technical aspects of projects, managing client relationships, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 7 years of experience in mechanical design, particularly within the commercial and residential sectors. A strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and energy-efficient designs is essential. Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit is required, and experience managing projects from initial design through to construction is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills are key, along with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
