We are recruiting a Senior Process Engineer in Cork, Ireland.
Responsibilities Support manufacturing operations with engineering expertise, focusing on safety, quality, supply, and cost.
Lead process stability initiatives including VCP and CIP projects.
Collaborate across functions, including NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, suppliers, and sister sites.
Design and develop tools, fixtures, gauges, and special equipment.
Develop and maintain manufacturing specifications.
Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment standards.
Manage validation, quality actions, and process improvements.
Support supply chain operations, root cause analysis, and project management.
Manage budgets, lead cost reductions, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop engineering team, fostering a culture based on Credo & Behavioral Standards.
Work with leadership to develop strategic engineering goals and initiatives.
Qualifications Degree in Engineering or Science with 5+ years experience.
Proven project leadership skills, ability to deliver on time and budget.
Strong decision-making, technical understanding, and problem-solving skills.
