Due to exceeding growth within their business, they are looking for a Logistics and Purchasing Specialist to join their team.Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will:Process Purchase Orders, to match agreed product prices and discounts if anyProduct setup including descriptions, dimensions, and weight, etc.Liaise with Product Coordinators / DesignersCoordinate shipping schedule and deliveries with the suppliersLiaise with the Shipping Agents / Forwarders to ensure proper documents are provided for Custom's clearance and follow-up queries.Update shipping intake schedules from time to timeCost ValuationAnswer phone calls, adhoc tasksWhat you'll need to succeed Experience of using ERP systemsMust have a "Can Do" attitude and can work on own initiativeGood interpersonal skills and high level of customer servicePrevious experience in Shipments/Imports/Exports would be an advantageExcellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel reportingStrong numerical skills / attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and can meet deadlinesExcellent time management and organizational skillsFlexible and adaptableWhat you'll get in return Competitive Salary based on experience Employee discountOn-site parkingSick paySchedule:8-hour shiftMonday to Friday
