Overview
Graphic Designer role at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP. We’re looking for a sharp, creative Junior to Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. If you’ve got 2–4 years’ experience and love bringing ideas to life across digital, motion and print, this could be the next step for you. You’ll work with the Director of Design and Senior Creative Designer to create standout work across digital campaigns, social content, event branding, publications and presentations. This is a production role, so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and delivering polished design work day-to-day. We’re looking for someone who’s confident with layout, typography and detail, and who has the drive to learn, grow and push their creativity further.
What you’ll do
* Design for digital, print, social and events — always on-brand and to a high standard
* Support and evolve our visual identity across multiple channels
* Produce artwork ready for both print and digital output
* Produce on-brand motion graphics
* Work with the creative team on campaigns, brand projects and new ideas
* Deliver quick-turnaround design requests with consistency and quality
* Help shape and work within toolkits, templates and design systems that keep our brand strong
* Stay curious and up to date with the latest design trends, tools and practices
What we’re looking for
* 2–4 years in a design role (agency, in-house or freelance)
* A portfolio that shows strong layout, typography and brand application and solid production abilities
* Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) — After Effects or Premiere Pro a bonus
* Confidence in design for both print and digital, with solid artwork prep skills
* Strong organisational chops and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
* A collaborative, proactive attitude with the curiosity to learn
* Experience working within brand guidelines or helping shape them
