As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the patient journey, from welcoming them at reception, to supporting clinics and theatre, to helping with records and follow-ups.
What You'll Be Doing
Greet and support patients with warmth and professionalism
Assist clinics, diagnostics & theatre teams
Manage patient records and update systems
Keep equipment ready and safe
Communicate with GPs, opticians & patients
Ensure confidentiality, GDPR, and clinical governance compliance
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
* Friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude
* Strong attention to detail
* Basic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Flexible to work weekends and travel
Nice-to-Haves:
* Healthcare or patient-facing experience
* Interest in ophthalmology
* Experience with booking or patient management systems
