The Brass Fox is a busy gastropub in the heart of Wicklow Town with an expansive menu serving food from 9am every day.
We're now looking for a Commis Chef / Kitchen assistant to join our kitchen team.
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
* Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
* Washing pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
* Supporting smooth service during busy periods
* Following food safety and hygiene standards
What we're looking for:
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good team player with strong communication skills
* Previous kitchen experience an advantage, but not essential – full training provided
