Commercial Revenue Manager Role
We are recruiting a Commercial Revenue Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and profitability across all hotel departments.
* You will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining optimal occupancy levels.
* A strong analytical mindset is essential, as you will need to analyze demand patterns, competitor pricing trends and market dynamics to inform your decisions.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have at least 23 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a senior reservations role. You should possess excellent Excel skills and be proficient in using various hotel systems such as RMS (Revenue Management System), PMS (Property Management System) and CRS (Central Reservation System).
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring optimal occupancy levels
* Analyzing demand patterns, competitor pricing trends and market dynamics to inform decision-making
* Preparing weekly/monthly forecasts, revenue reports & performance updates for senior management review
* Liaising with OTA Market Managers & ensuring rate parity across channels
