The Panel is working with a leading firms firm to source an experienced Senior Vice President – Financial Reporting from another administrator to join their growing Funds team in Ireland. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality financial reporting services to a portfolio of investment fund clients while leading and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of financial statements for a range of investment funds in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local regulatory requirements.
Oversee client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for fund managers, auditors, and regulators.
Manage and mentor financial reporting teams, ensuring strong performance, development, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with Irish regulatory and industry standards, maintaining robust controls and governance.
Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and best practices across the financial reporting function.
Requirements
Min 12 years' experience in fund accounting or financial reporting within the funds industry.
Strong knowledge of Irish funds structures (UCITS, AIFs) and relevant reporting frameworks.
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex client relationships.
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
