The Role As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy construction hire workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality maintenance, and exceptional service delivery. You'll manage a team of technicians, coordinate repairs, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
