We seek a highly organized Event Assistant to support the Global Event Manager in executing international events—covering logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and documentation.

Be at the Heart of Global Events
You will help plan and deliver impactful international events attended by global leaders and partners, influencing their success.
Remote Flexibility
This role is remote, preferably for candidates in the EU for logistical reasons, but open to worldwide applicants.
Your responsibilities include vendor relations, budget tracking, calendar management, and reporting, providing broad exposure to international logistics and coordination.
Responsibilities:
* Event & Logistics Support: Assist in planning and executing international events, liaising with venues and vendors, monitoring timelines.
* Finance & Budget Management: Track expenses, process invoices, manage vendor payments, support budget reports.
* Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, ensure stakeholder alignment.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, organize contracts, itineraries, and event files.
* Communication: Act as liaison between the Global Event Manager, internal teams, and vendors.
Requirements include:
* 3+ years in executive assistance, event support, or finance roles.
* Willingness to travel.
* Strong organization and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication, especially under pressure.
* Budgeting, invoicing, expense management skills.
* Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and tech-savviness.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
