The Role
Reporting to the Director of Risk & Operations, we are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated
Operations Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.

Principal Duties
* Meet and exceed agreed internal and external service levels on a daily basis involving active management of queries by phone and email.
* Assisting our Sales & Credit Teams in loan documentation preparation and fulfilment.
* Managing our customer journey and its enhancements.
* Daily reconciliation of borrower accounts with appropriate analysis and action if required.
* Dealing with external stakeholders and partners to have necessary processes completed in a timely and professional manner.
* Preparing and approving sensitive documentation in accordance with our standards and policies.
* Multi-tasking daily operational workload along with ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
Necessary Qualifications
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Computer literate with a working knowledge of G-Suite or other similar software.
* Experience working in a financial services environment.
* Fluent in English
* Eligible to work in Ireland or relevant work permit obtained.
* Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with 2/3 days a week in a Dublin City Centre Office.
* A keen understanding of financial statements and documentation.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in a multi-product finance environment.
* Basic knowledge of GDPR and AML requirements.
* Flexibility working hours to ensure all operational objectives run in accordance with our SLAs.
