Your new companyThe services of Hays have been retained by our client, an established and busy construction consultancy, to recruit several Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary basis for the next 3-4 months.Your new roleYou will carry out stock condition surveys of residential / domestic properties across Northern Ireland.You will assess property conditions, which will include Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) tasks to determine EPC ratings and energy improvements.You will use a handheld device (Tablet PC) to record survey information.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor with a demonstrable track record of undertaking surveys of residential / domestic properties.You should be DEA qualified and be self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own workload.What you'll get in returnA competitive rate is available per completed survey - you will be paid weekly by Hays via BACS transfer.
