As a Recruiter for EY, you'll manage the end to end recruitment process for candidates, working closely with various stakeholders across the organisation.
You will report into a Senior Manager and you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Manage high volume end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes while maintaining quality standards and ensuring all compliance is in order.
Develop strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Regularly providing recruitment updates and regular MI to key stakeholders.
Working with onshore and offshore resources to ensure a timely and seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and the business.
Source top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, AI-driven tools, market insights, and other digital sourcing platforms.
Lead pre-screening conversations to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and readiness for next-stage interviews.
Drive evaluation and selection processes, coaching interviewers and delivering tailored training where needed.
Embed DEI principles into sourcing and selection, promoting inclusive practices and balanced representation.
Leverage dashboards and data insights to monitor pipeline health, identify trends, and influence hiring decisions through evidence-based strategies.
Developing an in-depth knowledge of the EY recruitment cycle and its key stages, including potential sources of delay and how to successfully navigate these.
Taking a solution focused approach to your work and demonstrating an appetite for learning.
Support employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, recruitment events, and career fairs.
To qualify for the role you must have Proven experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with strong knowledge of recruitment systems and best practices.
Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, with a track record of success in sourcing technical talent.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong time management and prioritisation, able to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Previous Account/Stakeholder Management experience within financial services is also an added advantage.
