Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Project Coordinator to lead the internal fit-out of a large construction project in Ireland.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years' experience with a major contractor and a proven track record of managing large projects to tight deadlines and to a very high standard.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the internal fit out of a major construction project
* Manage all materials on site, ensuring they are correct and ordered on time
* Report directly to Project Manager
* Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
* Carry out site inspections
* Coordinate site meetings and file reporting for senior management
* Ability to handle and execute client requests
* Ensure that quality standards are met
Key Skills:
* Fit Out / Joinery background
* Experience of large Fit Out projects in Ireland or the UK
* Full driving licence
* Competent in Microsoft Office
* Experience on pharma projects or similar is a benefit
* Ability to manage and motivate site teams
* Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
