Role/Department
Reporting to a Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to ensure that investor queries are handled in accordance with our quality and service level standards across calls and emails for all clients. As a senior analyst, along with BAU duties, you will be responsible for working with the team leader and the quality function to support the team daily and work on developing on-the-job skills to enhance overall department performance.
The department provides third-party fund services to fund management companies covering shareholder servicing functions such as dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions, and statements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to investor queries via phone or email.
2. Ensuring queries are answered according to department procedures.
3. Becoming a subject matter expert and assisting the team with complex or escalated queries.
4. Completing own tasks within set timeframes.
5. Participating in team huddles and meetings.
6. Supporting client visit meetings as required.
7. Monitoring client mailboxes & eGain to ensure query resolution within service levels.
8. Mentoring new team members and providing coaching.
9. Supporting quality improvements through procedural reviews.
10. Monitoring and reporting on client queries and recommending procedural changes.
11. Completing and distributing team statistics or reports.
12. Providing support and assistance to team members.
13. Fulfilling additional relevant tasks as needed.
Skills/Qualifications
* Knowledge of Client & Investor Servicing
* Understanding of Fund administration and regulations
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Analytical skills for research and resolution
* Good communication skills
