About the role

DNV is seeking a proactive, organised, and solutions-oriented Opportunity & Bid Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively to drive business success.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales growth, winning new business, and ensuring a seamless client experience from opportunity through to contract.
You'll work closely with project teams, legal, and internal stakeholders to coordinate bids, manage client communications, and streamline operational processes.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and track all incoming business opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with project teams.Coordinate the preparation and submission of fee proposals and tender responses, including eTenders and government contracts.Support contract preparation and execution in collaboration with the Legal team, including oversight of Short Form Agreements (SFAs).Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve fee-related queries, follow up on quotations, and gather feedback on lost opportunities.Ensure smooth handovers to project teams, manage client purchase orders, and communicate wins and updates to stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a natural ability to solve problems and build relationships.
