Job Title: Kitchen Team Member
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team.
* Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
* Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
* Follow the example set by the talented Head Chefs in terms of excellence and efficiency.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. You should have previous experience working within hotels or similar establishments and have a passion for food. A mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and team members is essential. The ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen is also crucial.
