Services include HV/MV Installation, Commissioning, Operation, Switching and Maintenance.

Responsibilities/Duties: Develop and manage a commissioning team to execute projects in target areas.
Collaborate with the Engineering Director to expand business lines within key markets.
Perform SAP (Senior Authorised Person) duties, including HV switching and isolations on live networks.
Identify and coordinate training needs for team members, potentially including in-house training delivery.
Lead on-site commissioning efforts until team members achieve AP (Authorised Person) competency.
Partner with the Health and Safety Officer to keep HV Safety Rules updated per industry standards.
Manage project milestones, deadlines, and overall programme.
Plan and coordinate vendor FAT/SAT, with possible on-site attendance as needed.
Participate in and contribute to daily/weekly project meetings with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Oversee the delivery, review, and approval of key project documents, including Test Protocols and Compliance statements.
Qualifications / Skills: 5+ years of industry experience.
High Voltage commissioning experience is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
A valid, clean driving licence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be ESB Commissioner qualified.
