Job Title: Human Resources Advisor - Generalist Role
About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing business in County Antrim as a HR Advisor. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive support across the full HR Generalist remit. You will be responsible for lead and coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations matters, supporting the design and implementation of training and development strategies, and contributing to learning programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate a seamless recruitment and onboarding process
* Handle employee relations matters promptly and in accordance with company procedures and employment legislation.
* Support the design and implementation of the companys training and development strategy.
* Contribute to learning programmes including apprenticeships, graduate schemes, work placements, and student internships.
* Manage the employee exit process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and exit interviews are conducted to gather feedback.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience, along with experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and delivering training. You must also be highly competent in NI employment legislation and have CIPD graduate membership or be working towards it. Previous experience in manufacturing/construction is desirable.
