Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
Proactively generate sales in line with agreed targets and maximise profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with medium to large enterprise customers
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and ensure a cohesive commercial approach
Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of target customers
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date records for effective planning
Share market insights, including competitor activity, to support strategic decision-making
Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives that support product development and sales growth
What we would like you to bring
At least 2 years of experience in sales within road logistics
Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with medium to large enterprise customers
A proactive, target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
Organisational skills with attention to detail in reporting and forecasting
Commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics
A full, valid driving licence
