About Your New Job
As Business Development & Programme Manager, you will play a dual role combining commercial growth with programme leadership and delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Business Development & Growth — Drive enrolment and revenue growth across both initiatives; lead consultative sales discussions with senior stakeholders (L&D, HR, transformation and technology
* Business Targets and deliverables – Work in a dynamic environment, driven by targets and KPI's, to deliver hard outcomes aligned to grant funding and client deadlines
* Client & Industry Engagement — Build and maintain relationships with enterprises, industry partners and training providers; promote and represent the organisation at sector events and engagements.
* Programme Leadership & Delivery Coordination — Manage end-to-end programme delivery across cohorts and bespoke enterprise engagements; oversee scheduling, onboarding, delivery logistics and participant experience.
* Programme Development & Innovation — Provide critical market insights on enterprise requirements, trends and company needs to guide programme portfolio development, contribute to new programme design based on evolving digital, technology and AI skills needs; support quality standards and recognition through relevant external partners.
* Impact Measurement, Quality Assurance & Compliance — Track programme outcomes, KPIs and business impact; support compliance with funding, procurement and audit requirements as appropriate.
* Ecosystem & Policy Alignment — Engage cross-sector stakeholders including industry bodies, academic institutions and government agencies; align activity with broader digital skills and transformation agendas.
What Skills You Need
* Strong experience in business development, account management or consultative sales, ideally within education, corporate learning, or technology environments.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate multi-partner programmes.
* Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
* Experience in dynamic target driven environments, driving outcomes and deadline driven deliverables
* Awareness of digital transformation, AI skills, technological domains, technology developments at enterprise level, workforce capability development or related domains.
* Experience with public funding environments or training programmes (advantageous).
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Technology, Marketing, Education or related).
* Postgraduate qualification in Digital Transformation, AI, Business, or Programme Management (desirable).
* Programme/project management certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 or L&D qualifications (advantageous).
