Role: Office Manager/ Receptionist

A leading Irish law practice is seeking to hire an experienced office manager/ receptionist to join their team in Dublin. The firm itself has an outstanding reputation in the legal sector, delivering a wide range of legal services to a host of clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Front of house tasks - meeting/ greeting clients, answering phone calls and directing them accordingly, acting as first point of contact
* Office Manager duties - organising meeting rooms, office supplies, working with IT, handling office procedures
* Administration tasks - reporting, logging data, managing databases, handling post
* Handling petty cash, general banking requirements and other minor accounting matters and working closely with Accounts to ensure office stationary and other purchases are logged
* Health & Safety management
* General upkeep of the office
The Person:
* Previous experience working in a legal setting as an office manager/ receptionist
* Organised and can handle competing matters
* Proactive
* Common sense approach
* Has experience working in a client facing role
* Strong administrative background
* Confident communicator
