We are working with a rapidly growing international engineering and construction organisation to appoint a Financial Accountant into a high-performing finance team. This role offers excellent exposure to multi-entity reporting, international operations, and process improvement within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.The position is well suited to a technically strong accountant who enjoys taking ownership of core accounting processes while contributing to the evolution of systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple jurisdictions, including variance analysis.Supporting month-end close activities, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations.Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.Supporting the annual audit process under FRS 102.Liaising with external advisors and third-party providers to ensure local statutory compliance.Driving continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls, and reporting quality.Supporting systems enhancements, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.Requirements:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).2+ years' experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role.Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical capability.Experience working in multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction environments advantageous.Strong Excel skills; exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP B1 or similar) beneficial.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines.This role offers genuine career progression, exposure to international operations, and the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling organisation operating across engineering, infrastructure, and project-led sectors.For more information contact Matthew
