Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
* Demonstrate creativity and passion for working with locally sourced ingredients.
* Maintain a strong knowledge of dietary requirements and stay up to date with industry trends.
* Uphold high standards in line with HACCP regulations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take direction.
* Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland.
