Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile platforms from concept to delivery
Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, customer-focused journeys
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams in an Azure-based environment
Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with accessibility and regulatory standards
Contribute to a scalable design system and champion user-centred design across the programme
About You
5-10 years of proven UX/UI Designer experience delivering complex digital products
Experience in Financial Services, ideally with exposure to payments, wealth management, or fintech
Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, interaction design, and polished UI execution
Comfortable working on greenfield or large-scale transformation programmes
Proficient in design tools such as Figma and experienced collaborating with cloud-based engineering teams
